📖 Book Wisdom of the Week
Sometimes the biggest thing standing between you and the life you want... is you.
Self-sabotage hides in your doubts, fears, and the old patterns you refuse to see.
💡 The Mountain Is You by Brianna Wiest.
The Mountain Is You by Brianna Wiest shows how self-sabotage isn't failure — it’s fear disguised as protection.
This book helps you recognize these hidden patterns and transform them into your greatest source of growth.
Here are 3 powerful takeaways from the book:
🔹Key Takeaways:
Self-sabotage is a sign that you’re ready to grow- but part of you is terrified-
Whenever you hit a wall, it’s not because you’re incapable — it’s because your mind is resisting the discomfort of change. Growth feels unsafe to the wounded parts of you.
You cannot create a new life without first healing the parts of you that fear it-
All lasting change starts with deep emotional healing. Until you heal the underlying pain, you’ll unconsciously recreate situations that match your old identity.
Fear of success can be more destructive than fear of failure-
Sometimes, staying small feels safer than stepping into the unknown. Recognizing and confronting your fear of becoming more is key to finally unlocking your future.
🔹Quotes to live by
“You are not failing. You are simply in the process of becoming who you are meant to be”

What if I told you that being rich in money means nothing if you’re poor in time, health, peace, or relationships?
📖 The 5 Types of Wealth by Sahil Bloom
My Ratings- 4.5/5
This book turned out to be a reality check I didn’t know I needed. It is a wake-up call to reassess what we’re really chasing in life.
In this book, Sahil doesn’t just talk about making money—he talks about making a meaningful life. He breaks down wealth into five powerful categories:
-Time,
-Social,
-Mental,
-Physical, and
-Financial Wealth
And honestly, it exposed how unbalanced I was. I was chasing financial growth while completely ignoring my mental peace and physical health.
This book made me reflect deeply—on how I spend my time, who I surround myself with, and how I care for my mind and body. The book gives practical, no-BS advice on how to build all five types of wealth in a way that actually feels doable.
Sahil’s style is simple, relatable, and brutally honest. He doesn't preach. He provokes. And every chapter feels like it’s written for the version of you that’s been hustling nonstop but still feeling empty.
However, at times, I felt the concepts were a little repetitive if you’ve been exposed to similar ideas before. Still, it’s a refreshing reminder that real wealth isn’t just in bank accounts.
📌What I liked?
✅ Practical and relatable examples.
✅Simple, powerful language – easy to digest yet impactful.
✅Broadened the idea of wealth beyond just finances.
⚠️ What Didn’t Work for Me:
❌ Some ideas felt a little repetitive if you've already read similar mindset books.
-Could have included more actionable frameworks for each wealth type.
📌 Who Should Read This?
✅Anyone looking to create a balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling life beyond just financial success.
✅Young professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone feeling "stuck" chasing only money.
✅Those new to personal growth books looking for simple but life-changing ideas.
📌 Who Might Skip this?
❌ Readers already deep into personal growth literature might find it a bit familiar or simplistic.
